30-Day Return Eligibility
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags, boxes, and protective covers).
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- Refund for manufacturer’s defects 3 months with an item exchanged.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our support team at info@elfsydney.com.au or call 02 9191 7427 within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Shipping the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please use a trackable method.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the item has been inspected and approved. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your return is rejected (e.g., due to wear, damage, or missing packaging), you will be notified via email.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour (subject to availability).
If unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at
info@elfsydney.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
We’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
